Opera House Youth Actors

Purchase an Opera House Flex Pass to help us get the Junior Theater Festival in Sacramento!
Opera House Youth Actors (OHYA) have an exciting opportunity to represent Eastern Oregon at the Junior Theater Festival in Sacramento in February 2027. This incredible event brings together young performers from across the country for several unforgettable days of performances, workshops, adjudication, and training with some of the best theater professionals and educators in the industry. For our young actors, JTF is much more than a trip—it is an opportunity to grow as performers, build confidence, work as a team, and discover just how far their talents and hard work can take them.

Getting our team to Sacramento is a significant financial undertaking. Travel, lodging, festival registration, transportation, and other expenses can quickly become a burden for families, particularly in a rural community like ours. Your support helps ensure that this opportunity is available to every deserving young actor, regardless of their family's financial circumstances. Every donation, sponsorship, and fundraising purchase helps move our team one step closer to Sacramento. By supporting OHYA, you aren't simply helping fund a trip—you are investing in young people, arts education, and the next generation of confident, creative leaders from Eastern Oregon. Thank you for helping our kids dream big and giving them the opportunity to represent the Elgin Opera House and our community on the national stage!
